Job Description:
In this role, you are responsbile in handling technical administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting; and ensuring IT support meets service level agreements and satisfying both customers and the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor a team of systems operations engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise.
- Monitor and ensure the condition of server, apps and security measures.
- Identify, log and resolve technical problems of the scope.
- Respond to site to troubleshoot, diagnose and rectify faults.
- Liaise and coordinate the recovery of systems.
- Identify potential changes and system improvements.
Good to have:
- 3 years hands-on in infrastructure support.
- Server experience in AD administration.
- Basic networking experiences.
- Knowledge in windows operating systems, Clusters, NLB, or Unix.
- Knowledge in OS Provision, hardening and patching.
- Knowledge in Solarwinds, Manage Engine.
- Knowledge in AV solution such as Symantec.
- Knowledge of cloud platform and virtualization technologies.
- BMC Control-M.
Qualifications:
- Min. Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Posses Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) foundation certification.
