- Coordinate curriculum development, course scheduling, examination scheduling, and institutional activities
- Manage system registration for examination, new students and renewal of certification as per established guidelines
- Liaise with all key stakeholders namely Education Providers (EPs), Corporate Members, Members, Students, and Vendors (i.e. Exam e-Portal and Exam venue)
- Handle logistics required for examination (including venue selection and proctoring) and post examination certification
- Oversee the certification process from application to issuance accurately and efficiently
- Collect and analyse data related to program participation, exam outcomes, and certification trends
Qualifications
- Diploma (in any discipline) or GCE ‘A’ Level holder or equivalent. Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
- Experiences
- Proven experience in educational program management, examination administration, or certification processes preferred
Proficiency
Knowledge in MS Office and Education Software/ Tools preferred
Salary S$2,500 – S$3,300 monthly
