Assistant Operations Manager

Pn Supply & Services Pte. Ltd.

Job Scope

  • Manage daily activities in the Supermarket including staffing
  • Scheduling of work for employee.
  • Coach and train employees and staff.
  • Strategize process improvements to ensure everyone completes their tasks on schedule.
  • Assist the Operations Manager in whatever duties assigned.

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as an Operations Assistant or similar role.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess interpersonal skills and critical thinking.
  • Able to work in a dormitory setting managing foreign employees.
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Flexibility to work on shifts or longer hours
  • Able to work 6 days/week and on public holidays
  • Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
