Job Scope
- Manage daily activities in the Supermarket including staffing
- Scheduling of work for employee.
- Coach and train employees and staff.
- Strategize process improvements to ensure everyone completes their tasks on schedule.
- Assist the Operations Manager in whatever duties assigned.
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as an Operations Assistant or similar role.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess interpersonal skills and critical thinking.
- Able to work in a dormitory setting managing foreign employees.
- Able to juggle multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work on shifts or longer hours
- Able to work 6 days/week and on public holidays
- Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
