We are looking for an executive/senior executive to assist in regional (Singapore & SEA) corporate and internal department planning. He/she will be responsible for supporting strategic business planning processes- ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term goals. The role will also be key in the development of comprehensive pitch-decks for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Facilitate corporate planning process for Singapore and Southeast Asia and its business units, such as alignment of annual key deliverables and corporate calendars
- Design and create leadership and corporate pitch decks and presentations to effectively communicate strategic initiatives, business plans, and organizational goals to internal and external stakeholders
- Liaise with internal stakeholders in reporting needs throughout the year
- Support sustainability-related and community investment initiatives and reporting
- Assist in organizing and executing internal and external events that are engagement driven.
- Assist with administrative and budget monitoring/planning for the department
Key Skills, Competencies & Behaviours
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in a relevant field; 1-2 years of working experience is preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a can-do attitude
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, color, and layout
- Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and deliverables
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Powerpoint.
- Proficiency in editing software to develop content (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus
