Responsibilities
- Work with SharePoint designer workflows & creation of site definitions
- Analysing Technology environment, user’s needs and then finding applications to serve them
- Checking that software and applications are updated
- Collaborating with their team to identify and fix technical problems
- Conducting security audits to identify areas of improvement
- Creating end goals for their Team
- Delegating work and assignments to team members in offshore and onsite
- Ensure Stakeholder Satisfaction
- Guiding their team through technical issues and challenges
- Hiring and Training Technical personnel
- Installing, configuring, maintaining, upgrading managing, and monitoring a SharePoint Server or a Farm
- Maintaining, developing, supporting, and updating SharePoint applications.
- Map user requirements to standard SharePoint/Dynamic/Nintex features, identify customization areas, estimate the efforts, and translate the analyzed requirements to design.
- Supervising Systems modifications
- Support & maintain the software applications as per agreed SLAs with the customers
- Taking the ownership of the projects and evaluate Projects Performance
- Training and supporting the business users in their day-to-day involvement in SharePoint sites.
Requirements
- Must be able to work and have expertise in Microsoft collaboration & modern workplace products: SharePoint On-Prem & Office 365 Online (SharePoint Online)
- Must be able to work and respond to RFP & RFQ cycles.
- Must be responsible for architecture, design and development of applications and services using Microsoft SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Nintex, and other technologies that will be assigned to you from time to time.
- Should be able to work on Server-Side object model (SSOM) and SQL Server
