Job Responsibilities :
· Managing the accounting and bookkeeping for the Hub legal entity, including month-end closing and reconciliation processes.
· Handling tax compliance matters for the Hub, such as corporate taxes, GST, and transfer pricing.
· Ensuring controls and compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and standards.
· Preparing for internal and external audits, including the creation of statutory accounts.
· Managing the payment of invoices.
· Improving Record-to-Report (RTR) and Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes, including any User Acceptance Testing (UAT) required for system updates.
· Forecasting cash flow and addressing global reporting matters, including manufacturing variance tables.
· Overseeing monthly regional consolidation and estimating APAC inventory.
· Implementing controls over inventories, including conducting regular stocktakes.
· Providing financial management reporting and conducting variance analysis.
· Supporting the Supply Chain team with monthly management retrieval and reporting.
· Assisting with ad hoc finance duties as assigned by the Finance Director.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Accountancy required, CPA certification preferred.
· Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in accounting and audit, with previous financial analysis experience in a multinational corporation.
· Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Methodical with a keen attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure.
· Demonstrated ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
