- Verify and record the data into Google Spreadsheet (workers daily movement, vendors' invoices and etc)
- Purchase and maintain enough hardware/material for projects and store room use
- Prepare and submit the documents to projects related authority parties (PTW, LEW, Risk Assessment and etc)
- Monitor project costing closely and update to higher management if necessary
- Perform ad-hoc administrative task as assigned by higher management
- Candidate who can start work immediately is preferrable
