Job Description: We are seeking a resourceful and motivated Outdoor Sales Engineer to join our team. This is an entry-level position, ideal for recent graduates or even mid career switchers who are eager to start their careers in sales and develop a strong foundation in the PPE industry. Both genders are welcome to apply. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of safety equipment to businesses and organizations within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers within the assigned territory.
- Conduct sales visits to businesses, manufacturing plants, and other relevant locations to present our products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate safety solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
- Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on the benefits and proper use of safety products.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor products.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Polytechnic Diploma/ITE Higher Nitec graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong interest in sales and a passion for promoting safety products.
- Detail oriented person and resourceful.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to recognise details and help customer find solutions.
- Driving or motorcycle license will be useful.
