Responsibilities:
- Timely and Accurate processing of AP invoices received for all entities.
- Input details of each invoice received in SAP within stipulated timeline.
- Check invoices received to ensure the invoices are correctly signed with proper GL codes and signed by relevant persons in accordance with Finance payment policies
- Perform 3-way match in procurement and accounting system for all incoming invoices with PO.
- Ensure no delay in paying vendors by payment due dates.
- Check vendor master form prepared against supporting documents e.g. invoices and forms submitted by suppliers, to ensure accuracy.
- Raise request for additional information or confirm information with vendors when discrepancy (between system and new documents received, for existing vendors) is noted.
- Be the key person within AP team to trigger and follow up on vendor master creation and maintenance.
- Assist with GST & Withholding Tax application.
- Support in various automation and SAP projects.
- Support in quarterly group audit and year end local statutory audit.
Requirements:
- Minimum a Diploma in Accountancy.
- At least 3years of relevant experience in AP.
- Experience in SAP will be an added advantage.
- Able to work independently or as a team.
**Working location: North(Transport provided at various MRT!)
Working hours: MON-FRI 8AM-530PM
