Responsibilities:
- Support APAC business through best-in-class operations across revenue planning & sales enablement
- Help the sales team understand how to navigate systems, handle day-to-day escalations on the systems with speed & accuracy
- Perform troubleshooting when necessary and escalate system issues to the technical team
- Develop subject matter expertise in processes & systems e.g. client set up, contract & incentives approval, revenue attribution, billing & invoicing, tagging & data cleaning, etc.
- Propose ideas and work with the tech team on system features and process improvement
- Design and evolve SOP for standard processes by applying critical problem solving skills to identify improvement areas in current processes & systems and propose solutions
- Develop operational metrics and reporting to unlock insights and analyze operational success and pain points
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, own communication and stakeholder management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree is a minimum with at least 2 years of experience working in a relevant position
- Familiarity with major sales CRM platforms (i.e. SalesForce), Order Management Systems (i.e. Operative, FatTail, Prisma, etc.) and Ads Platforms is a plus
- Experience in analyzing and troubleshooting systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks and manage time effectively
