Work Location: Pasir Panjang (near Pasir Panjang MRT station)
Salary: Up to $3,000 depending on relevant working experiences + AWS + PB
Shift Information: 6-day work week, 2 rotating shifts - Morning shift staggered between 7.30am and 7.00pm; - Afternoon shift staggered between 12.00pm and 11.00pm)
Pre-Requisite:
- Able and willing to work 2 rotating shifts and on weekends and public holidays
- Complete local Secondary or Diploma education with supervisory experience
- Prior experience working in a recreation club will be an advantage
- IT savvy.
Job Description :
- Oversee daily operations and activities within the member-only recreation club.
- Ensure high levels of member satisfaction through exceptional service and facilities management.
- Supervise club staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Monitor and maintain club facilities, equipment, and cleanliness standards.
- Coordinate events, activities, and promotions to enhance member engagement and satisfaction.
- Address member inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Implement club policies and procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for members and staff.
- Collaborate with management to achieve club goals and objectives.
