JOB SCOPE:
• Assists in planning school events eg catering, booking of venues, logistics etc.
• Assists in office and student matters eg first aid, handles telephone calls, updating of late comers list / pupil files etc.
• Assists in submission of group insurance claims for students and staff.
• Administration and registration of access card for the turnstile gateway and biometric door access.
• Student-related matters (report books, testimonial, folders, GCE O level certificates collection) and updating of students data.
• Assists in receptionist counter duties
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the
• Administration Manager/ Vice Principals and Principal.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to use MS Office;
- Has good communication skill;
- Has good inter-personal skills.
Contract Period: Imm to Dec 2024
Location: Siglap
Salary: $2050/month
Working Hours:
Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
Fridays: 9 am to 5:30 pm
Lunch: 30 Minutes
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
