Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients for recruitment services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
- Prepare and present proposals and sales pitches to potential clients.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Collaborate with recruitment consultants to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
- Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in an employment agency or related field.
- Basic Certificate in Employment Intermediaries (CEI) is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
