About the job
In this role, you will be developing new marketing strategies and driving sales strategies to achieve the targets and KPIs for the Medical Device portfolio. You will also work closely with our Business Manager to develop tactical plans to accelerate revenue/GP sales.
With an in-depth knowledge of sales cycles from initial contact to completion of purchase order, you will provide an accurate sales forecast and recommendations. You will take lead in driving good and effective communication for strategic and tactical issues faced by customers and/or partners and foster long-term business relationships.
By keeping an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technical developments and governmental regulations affecting the SEA markets, you will provide valuable insights and maintain business continuity.
Skills and experience required
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Radiology, Biomedical Sciences, Medical Sciences, or related field
- 4 years of sales in relevant industry, with prior experience in managing sales team or channel partners
- Knowledgeable in Solution Selling methodology
- Knowledge in radiology or surgery products are advantageous
- A dynamic team player with ability to work independently, self-driven and goal orientated
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- At least 30% international travel is required
