- Collaborate on cross-department improvement projects to enhance patients' access to care, operational efficiency, and patient experience.
Collaboration and Development
- Work with team members across other department on various initiatives:
- Manpower planning.
- Training and development.
- Digital and service transformation.
- Policy and workflow improvements.
- New polyclinics development.
- Emergency planning.
Requirement
- Degree in any relavent field
