- Service Level Agreements and Contracts: Track and prepare SLAs to ensure they are current, liaise with external stakeholders on financial queries, and work with internal stakeholders on financial aspects of operations.
- Financial Analysis and Pricing: Assist in developing pricing models for products/services, perform cost analysis across products and projects, and streamline financial processes to improve efficiency.
- Budgeting and Monitoring: Lead the bi-annual budgeting cycle, collate inputs, analyze budget submissions, and track annual budgets.
- Billing and Reporting: Work with Finance to address billing and operational issues, ensure timely submission of billing templates/reports, and assist the Workflow team on invoicing and purchase orders.
- Financial Oversight and Presentation: Track and monitor product/project financials and participate in presenting budgeting decks for approval.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in operational or administrative roles
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and coordinate operational activities
- Familiarity with analyzing operational data and metrics to derive insights and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and documentation related to operational activities.
