Brief Description of Job :-
- Testing & Commissioning of lift and escalator.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair lift and escalator breakdown faults.
- Lead a team for maintenance servicing of both lifts and escalators.
- Standby for callback duties to attend to mantrap or breakdown of equipment. Allowance will be given.
- May be required to meet customers.
Requirements :-
- Prior work experience in lift industry is compulsory, including testing and commissioning.
- Responsible and willingness to share and learn knowledge.
- Be able to converse in English with colleagues and clients.
- Good man-management skills.
- Expected to write service reports in English.
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from local tertiary institutions.
- Valid Class 2 licence.
Advantageous :-
- Experience in senior or supervisory role in similar company.
- Possess strong knowledge and relevant working experience in lift modernisation and new lift installation projects.
- Familiar with SS550 / EN81 standards, various lift mechanism, lift types and lift equipment from renowned brands.
- Willing to supervise and guide junior team members.
- A cool head to maintain professionalism when handling clients' queries.
- Possess own motorbike.
