Responsibilities include:
- Assist in daily operations

- Regular checks with customers to gather feedbacks

- Participate in management meetings, contributing to the strategic direction and operational improvements.

- Proficient in computer software for data management and presentations, including Microsoft Excel and werPoint or Google Sheets and Slides.
- Strong communication skills, able to engage effectively with both staff and management.
- Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in high-stress, fast-paced settings.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
- A min. Experience in F&B Operations of 3 years
- Must be able to work night shift or split shift
- Must be able to work extra hours or weekends if needed
