Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in the fruit distribution sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and retail partners to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets to expand the distribution network.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and make informed business decisions.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain high customer service standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and retail partners.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and preferably own a vehicle.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must be contactable via phone on weekends and public holidays.
