About Our Client
Our client is a leading provider of arable and nutritional services catering to the agriculture sector. They work on innovative technologies to create a food chain with healthy soil, healthy animals and resilient nature.
They have an entity in Singapore and are looking to hire for their Sales Director. The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Southeast Asia region.
Job Description
- Formulate and execute sales strategies for their product lines to drive revenue growth, enhance market share, and maximize profitability.
- Build strong client relationships to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by engaging directly with end users.
- Provide sales teams with necessary tools, resources, and support to achieve and exceed targets.
- Implement and analyse metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and initiatives.
- Manage financial commitments to align with global financial goals and organizational budgets.
- Streamline the commercial organization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Cultivate a culture centred around customer focus, agility, simplicity, and collaboration.
- Assess and optimize sales processes, tools, and methodologies to drive continuous enhancement.
- Evaluate and propose sales technology solutions to boost sales efficiency and decision-making capabilities.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of sales and management experience in a related industry.
- Demonstrated success in sales and business development, leading to significant revenue growth, particularly in specialized business sectors.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving objectives promptly.
- Strong customer orientation, adept at advocating for and challenging the development of rapid-response solutions.
- Outstanding organizational and people management capabilities, driven by a passion for cultivating collaborative and high-performance teams.
