DIRECTOR

Bluearc Engineering & Technology Pte. Ltd.

Job Responsibilities


• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the company's overall strategic direction,

goals, and objectives, considering market trends, client needs, and industry

advancements

• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, cultivate client standards.

• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team of designers, architects,

project managers, and other professionals. Provide mentorship, guidance, and

performance evaluations.

• Financial Management: Manage budgets, allocate resources, and monitor nancial

performance. Make informed decisions to ensure projects are nancially viable and

pro table.

• Design Excellence: Maintain a strong focus on design creativity, innovation and

quality. Review and approve design concepts to ensure they align with the company's

vision and client expectations.

• Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with

clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and feedback to ensure exceptional customer

satisfaction.

• Supply Chain and Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with suppliers,

contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely procurement of materials and

services.

• Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control processes throughout the

design and construction phases to ensure the highest standard of workmanship.

• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential project risks, such as scope

changes, budget overruns, and scheduling delays.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant building codes,

regulations, and safety standards to maintain a safe and lawful work environment.

• Innovation and Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging

technologies, and design innovations to incorporate relevant advancements into the

company's projects.

• Networking and Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with industry

partners, stakeholders, and professional organizations to enhance the company's

reputation and collaboration opportunities.


Job Requirements


• Education : A bachelor's or master's degree.

• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to

motivate, mentor, and guide a diverse team of professionals.

• Business Acumen: Solid understanding of business principles, including nancial

management, budgeting, and business development.

• Design Expertise: In-depth knowledge of interior design principles, trends, materials,

and construction techniques.

• Networking: Established network within the interior design, construction, and related

industries to facilitate partnerships, collaborations, and business growth
