We are looking for a qualified HR business partner for our Corporate Office to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with business leaders to understand organizational goals and challenges, providing strategic HR guidance and insights.
- Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring effective talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development.
- Collaborating with HR teams to design and deliver comprehensive HR programs and initiatives, fostering employee engagement and enhancing the employee experience.
- Conducting workforce planning and talent management activities, identifying skill gaps, and developing succession plans to support organizational growth.
- Acting as a change agent, driving organizational change, and effectively managing change initiatives to optimize employee productivity and acceptance.
- Lead organizational change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions during mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring.
Provide input on job descriptions, evaluations, and salary structures. - Leading and participating in employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and mediation, Foster a positive working environment and culture in line with company values.
- Collaborating with HR teams to support employee training and development initiatives, promoting continuous learning and skill enhancement.
Key Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree / Masters in Accountancy
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of Finance/Accountancy in order to demonstrate successful strategy developement for business departments.
- Full understanding of all HR functions and current practices revolving around hybrid-working arrangements
- Flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed to meet business demands.
- Preferably bi-lingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking business associates.
