Job Description
- Liaise with internal teams and customers on shipping documentation.
- Declare import / export permits.
- Apply for Free Trade Agreement (FTA) and Certificate of Origin (COO).
- SI and PM4 submission
- Create job orders.
- Manage all import and export shipments.
- Monthly permit declaration report.
- Monitor cargo release and liaise with shipping companies.
Job Requirements
- Experience in handling shipping documents and booking with shipping lines.
- Able to lead a team of shipping officer and shipping assistant.
- To possess Tradenet Certificate.
- Knowledge on DG and strategic cargo.
- Can work overtime when required
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented
- Open to Singaporean or PR only
Working hours : Mondays to Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm
