Overview:
The successful candidate will be part of the KYC Operations team in Singapore, and be the accountable service owner for all KYC-related activities, including onboarding, customer outreach, periodic and event trigger review, and customer exits.
Job Description:
- Support the Bank's expansion plan comprehensively by working closely with key business stakeholders.
- Establish and enhance systems, procedures, and personnel within KYC Operations, overseeing a series of actions to realize the desired operational framework.
- Lead efforts for ongoing enhancement throughout the entire customer journey, ensuring a consistently high level of service.
- Manage KYC-related tasks under agreed-upon objectives, service level agreements, and key performance indicators.
- Offers direction to internal stakeholders regarding regulatory frameworks, prerequisites, and procedures for setting up new customer accounts or introducing new products in current or emerging markets, including KYC compliance and regulatory classifications such as FATCA/CRS.
Job Requirement:
- Has around 4 - 10 years of hands-on experience in providing customer-facing KYC services, relationship management, and project management.
- Demonstrates a profound comprehension of customer due diligence and product delivery, capable of establishing robust controls throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Keen awareness of evolving regulatory landscapes, particularly within the financial services industry.
- Focused on client satisfaction, giving priority to enhancing customer experience during the development of systems and procedures.
- Proactive in generating ideas and persistently seeking enhancements to boost service efficiency and quality.
- Committed to ongoing learning and personal growth.
