We are seeking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team. Interns will be exposed to the inner workings of the world's largest FinTech event, the Singapore FinTech Festival. The intern will be assisting the Speaker Experience team in liaising with event speakers, and to ensure that the event is delivered to the highest standards. The ideal candidate must have excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as a sharp eye for detail.
(Full time intern role from 01 September 2024 – 30 November 2024)
Job Description
- Ensure that the speakers' information are up-to-date and accurate
- Liaise with speakers to manage their onboarding, travel and accommodation arrangements
- Answer email queries from speakers promptly in a professional manner
- Liaise with the working team to ensure that all speakers' requirements are provisioned for
