Responsibilities
- Drive process development, inclusive of process/product characterization, qualification and production pilot runs and volume ramp.
- Initiate/Drive and participate improvement projects related to quality, productivity and cost.
- Participate in technological awareness in the process area in order to anticipate technological changes and recommend/propose actions for improvement of existing processes.
- Monitor stability of production process via follow up and daily analysis of quality date from upstream processes/ plating/ final inspection so as to determine effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Take part in process improvement and cost reduction programs of plating processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree Chemical Engineering or equivalent Degree holder or above.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in reel to reel plating technology, machine modification and new part development, like FPC, Ni Plating or Au plating, or plating on connectors is a MUST
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Independent, self-driven and proactive individual.
