Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing feasibility studies and design proposals
- Develop design comprehensively based on established design brief, concept and schematic layout
- Diligently review design to ensure compliance to authorities' requirements
- Actively consult, liaise and address authorities' concerns to obtain plan approvals
- Prepare detailed drawings and documentations meticulously for tender procurement and construction
- Coordinate with allied consultants (e.g. C&S, M&E, Surveyor, Landscape, ID) in preparing design and in project implementation
- On-site construction supervision
- Attend to and resolve technical and construction issues, while enforcing the design intent
- Assist Architect in contract administration and project execution
Requirements:
- Highly energetic, motivated, proactive, affectionate and very friendly
- Good eye for details and competent in codes and statutory requirements
- A master of time management
- Minimum Master's Degree in Architecture or equivalent
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
- Experience in working with HDB a plus advantage
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and Sketchup
