Position Overview

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote the company's products, services, or brand. You will identify the appropriate campaign type and be able to reach specific users.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market, product, and competitor research to inform marketing strategies.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to optimize ad performance and reach the desired target audience.
  • Create and optimize compelling ad copy and creative assets that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Create persuasive ad copies for various platforms and engaging website content.
  • Brainstorm innovative ad ideas and collaborate with the marketing team for campaign execution.
  • Develop and execute content creation plans based on trends, performance and other related metrics, from start to finish.
  • Plan and execute product, brand photo or video shoots when needed
  • Liase with KOLs to come up with creative
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for campaigns
  • Stay updated with industry trends and continuously improve marketing strategies through learning and experimentation.
  • Manage ad campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads, including setting objectives, targeting, and budget allocation.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS), to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies.
  • Other related responsibilities assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelors’ Degree in Marketing will be preferred.
  • 0 - 2 years digital marketing experience
  • Content creation background / experience is a plus
  • Experience with copy-writing and design for e-commerce performance marketing.
  • Experience with agency or direct to consumer e-commerce preferred.
  • Results oriented. This role requires you to bring in results constantly.

Other Details:

  • Working Schedule:Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
  • Location: one-north
