Responsibilities:
- Conduct market and consumer psychology research while staying updated on emerging digital trends, tools, and platforms.
- Perform digital marketing analytics, prepare reports, and share key insights with the team to develop optimization plans. This includes managing platforms for outreach.
- Strategise and implement digital marketing efforts, including Key Opinion Leader (KOL) and brand partnerships.
- Manage the full spectrum of digital ads, including ad buying, content conceptualization, campaign implementation and performance evaluation.
- Maintain and regularly update the website and other digital company presence to improve overall CX
- Evaluate sales performance both online and in retail locations.
- Implement and improve e-commerce Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Coordinate with relevant parties and agencies to ensure consistency in marketing strategies across all channels.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Min 2- 4 years of digital marketing experience preferrably in luxury retail.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital analytics tools.
- Proven expertise in B2C social media, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A keen eye for luxury branding and a deep understanding of its nuances.
- Ability to prioritize work and complete tasks diligently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
