Jobs Description and Requirements
Jobscope
1) Set out marketing plans and implementation action plans on the company's range of product with primary objective of retaining existing clients and penetrating new corporate relationships.
2) Increasing market share and maximising profitability within framework of the company's overall strategic plan.
3) Execute, Implement marketing plans and strategies.
4) Coordinate within the team for properties viewing arrangement with current tenants and potential clients and showcase property features to potential clients.
5) Coordinate within the team in preparation of sales documents (quotation, service agreement and invoice) to be approved by Head of Department before forwarding to clients. To follow up on timely payment from Client.
6) Coordinate guests check in and out process with other relevant departments.
7) Handles clients complaint and feedback. Target to resolve issues raised, with consultation with superior in order to maintain exceptional customer service and customer satisfaction.
8) Builds and maintains strong relationships with corporate or individual clients, travel agencies, and other key stakeholders to secure business partneship.
9) Monitor market trends and other competitor activities to analyse and adjust the marketing strategies.
10) Update and monitor social media platform and OTA/booking platforms (digital marketing).
11) Monitor and manages from inventory and prices to optimize occupancy and revenue.
12) Assists with operational exigencies and longer work hours may be required from time to
time.
13) Monitoring and managing the pricing strategy to align with the dynamic market.
14) Strong communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory requirement.
15) Proven track record in marketing and sales.
16) Ability to multitask and prioritize task effectively.
17) Indepth knowledge of market research and analysis techniques.
18) Proficency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, Canva software application.
