Responsibilities
· Able to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality
· Liaise with authorities, client and consultant to execute the work as per specification and authority’s requirement
· Liaise with engineer to execute the work as per planning for the project
· Site supervision of construction workers
· Coordinate & supervise civil & structural works carry out by sub-contractors that's in accordance to specifications, shop drawings and method statements for the assigned site activities to meet schedule and control the quality of the work
· Ensure works are carried out in accordance to safety rules and relevant regulations.
· Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by immediate superior and/ or HOD.
Requirements
· Diploma/ Certifictate in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
· Possess relevant trade foreman certificate, NCC, BCSS etc
· Preferably 3-5 years working experience in building construction industry/ road works
· Able to start work immediately or within a short notice
· Effectively bilingual
· Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
· Independent, analytical, meticulous and possess positive working attitude
