Looking for Full Time Clinic Assistant
- Prior Experience preferred.
- We are a family clinic located in Tampines.
- Workload is expected to be comfortable and well paced.
- We don't have TPA, not required to do TPA claims.
- Familiar with CHAS and Medisave a requirement

- Pay ranges $2100 to $3000 depending on experience and work hours.
- Preferably able to work 2 nights (Mon to thurs) and 1 weekend(Sat/Sun). (Nights are 7pm to 9pm) (weekend 830am to 1230pm)
Roster Basis
42 to 45 hours a week
Able to work weekdays, nights and weekends
Preferably 2 nights and 1 weekend shift
Week day shift hours
830am to 130pm
230pm to 430pm
7pm to 9pm
Sat and Sun shift hours
830am to 1230pm

Duties
- Registration of patients / attend to enquiries
- Provide frontline services
- General administrative duties of the clinic
- Perform simple triage and take measurements (height and weight BP etc)
- Dispensing of medications
- Payment collection
- Packing of medications and supplies
- Stock taking / stock ordering
- Assist the doctor in procedures / chaperone
- General maintenance of clinic tidiness / cleanliness
- Ad hoc duties assigned by doctor
- Chaperone female patients during examination
