Our client is a global energy provider with successful business subsidiaries in 20 countries & regions across 6 continents. They are both a leading manufacturer of solar PV modules and a provider of solar energy solution.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in monthly consolidations, preparation of financial statements and consolidation file
- Assist in preparing SEC financial filings, including 20-Fs and 6-Ks
- Prepare various balance sheet and income statement account reconciliations
- Prepare of various standard and non-standard journal entries as part period close process
- Liaison with group auditors and prepare disclosure notes for audit
- Participate in the discussion of consolidation and book keep system upgrades
- Regularly comply with internal controls and policies
- Support ad-hoc accounting/ finance tasks if necessary
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 year experience in listed companies, MNCs or sizable firms
- Proficient in SAP, Hyperion or other mainstream ERP systems
- Audit experience in big 4 is an advantage
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Certified public accountant qualification is required
- System enhancement/improvement experience and M&A accounting knowledges are preferred
- Must be a cheerful team player and able to work under stress
- Must be proactive, flexible and independent in delivering results and driving changes
- Must be detail-minded with stable and responsible personalities
