• To prepare working programme & schedules.
• To monitor progress and tracking for daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
• To prepare 3 month rolling program, 4 week rolling program, trend charts, manpower plan, equipment plan for submission to LTA and Construction Team.
• To update weekly and monthly report submission to LTA.
• To coordinate with design and operation teams for construction activity, project status, manpower plan, equipment plan, etc.
• To coordinate with Contracts Team for Monthly Progress Claim.
• Familiar with Primavera P6.
Job Requirements:
Engineering / Construction background
Relevant certificates
Primavera P6 version 8, Microsoft Office
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in construction planning and programme coordination for major infrastructure projects and with experience in the use of Primavera.
