Job Description:
- Develop and execute production schedule to meet customer orders
- Plan material or sub-materials requirements according to production plan and work closely with the purchasing team to ensure sufficient supply of materials is maintain for smooth production
- Work closely with the administrator to ensure production reports are updated timely for accurate progress tracking
- Work closely with the Production Manager and Purchaser to ensure materials, manpower and machine capacity are available according to the production schedule
- Develop, implement, and maintain work instructions for current and new projects
- Maintain production process records and work force training records according to requirements
- Perform tasks as assigned by manager
- Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in the manufacturing industry
- Relevant working experience in manufacturing will be an added advantage
- Strong planning and organizing ability
- Meticulous with an eye for details
- Mandarin speaker is preferred (to liaise with Mandarin speaking China & Taiwan stakeholders)
