Strong experience in in Functional Testing, Private and wealth management domain.
Temenos T24 (Core banking) Testing
Good Hands-on exposure in Temenos Modules: Securities, Derivatives, Treasury, Structured Products
Relevant exp in Transact should be minimum 12-15 Yrs.
Ensure effective communication between parties and translating requirements into clear and concise test strategy, scenarios, and test cases.
Able to conduct workshops to understand Requirements and solutions.
Act as bridge between Client, Analysis/Solution and Development team and Non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams and other departments to understand requirement and deliver testing related documents.
Lead execution of planned test cases, ensuring that all test results are correctly recorded against the system.
Create project timelines for delivery and ensuring deadlines are met.
Capability as a Test Manager, Proven ability to manage a team.
Coordinating all testing roles and responsibilities within teams
Able to make decision and provide direction to the testing team.
Experience in functional and non-functional testing, experience in QA Artifacts
Participating in preparation of quality assessments, reports, and metrics
Responsible for all Test, Test Tools Development, and configuration management activities
Understanding of Agile methodology, experience in JIRA platform
Guide, share expertise and mentor junior Testers to grow in their role.
Learning mindset, Strong communication and inter-personal skill
