Our client, a leading player in the food industry, known for innovation, excellence, and growth. They are expanding their team and seeking dynamic individuals for multiple levels of sales positions.

We are looking for motivated professionals at different stages of their careers to join the Foodservice Division. Whether you are an aspiring Sales Executive or an experienced Sales Manager, we have exciting opportunities for you!


RESPONSIBILITIES:


Strategy and Planning

  • Support the development and implementation of sales plans to achieve company targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Assist in setting pricing strategies in collaboration with the management.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers.
  • Understand client needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve client issues effectively.
  • Perform regular client visits to enhance customer engagement and identify sales opportunities.

Performance Analysis and Reporting

  • Monitor and report on sales metrics, including monthly sales results and annual forecasts.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and performance data to senior management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with Commercial and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma in Business or any relevant disciplines.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of Sales Experience, preferably in Food industry/Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

OTHER INFORMATION:

  • Location: North
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
  • Salary: Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications.
