RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategy and Planning
- Support the development and implementation of sales plans to achieve company targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Assist in setting pricing strategies in collaboration with the management.
Customer Relationship Management
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers.
- Understand client needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve client issues effectively.
- Perform regular client visits to enhance customer engagement and identify sales opportunities.
Performance Analysis and Reporting
- Monitor and report on sales metrics, including monthly sales results and annual forecasts.
- Prepare and present sales reports and performance data to senior management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with Commercial and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in Business or any relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of Sales Experience, preferably in Food industry/Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Location: North
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
- Salary: Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications.
