- Matching and checking of vendor’s Invoices, DO, PO • Transaction posting of supplier invoices and expenses • Data entry of receipts • Vendor creation and updating vendor master records • Prepare financial reports and accounting statements for subsidiary • Prepare & File Quarterly GST Reporting • Prepare balance sheet schedules • Compile and posting of daily sales reports • Monitor and check petty cash claims • Prepare month-end closing P/L • Provide assistance in year-end audits • Assist in digitalizing invoice workflow process
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting & Finance or equivalent;
- At least 6 years of experience in accounting & finance;
- Strong understanding of accounting principles;
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment;
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency;
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $4200 - $4800 per month
