The duration of this position will be for 6 months, from 1 September 2024 to 28 February 2025 (with potential to transition to a full-time role)
Job Responsibilities
You will report to the Director, Business and your duties will include:
• Assist with the re-enrolment process
• Handle various student services matters
• Manage admission queries, student's registration for admission
• Handle all student's pass application / cancellation / renewal processes via SOLAR+
• Take care of re-enrolment administration of students, such as student contract, student's pass application etc
• Handle student-related administration: withdrawals / change in course / drop in subject / change in guardian nominations / change in personal particulars / allocations on subject combination matters etc
• Liaise with agents, guardians, parents and external bodies (eg. ICA, SEAB etc.) on student's pass and student-related matters
• Support academic departments administratively (eg. Booking of courier services etc.)
• Update student database and register for external examinations such as GCE ‘O’ Levels
• Track and filing students’ progress reports
• Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess a minimum Diploma in Business or related discipline, preferably with 2 years of relevant work experience. Fresh graduate with the right attitude will also be considered for the job. Customer service experience is highly desirable.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• A team player and a resourceful person.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word) and is able to perform data analysis.
• Additional language skills (written and spoken) will be a plus.
