Our core businesses in ASEAN include R&D, production, and marketing in pharmaceuticals, therapeutic biologicals, and nutraceutical to bring better access to world class quality products to both patients and healthcare providers.
We are looking for an experienced and capable Director with a background in pharmaceutical manufacturing to spearhead our company’s operations in Singapore during this exciting business expansion and restructuring phase of our business. You will be instrumental in driving the company’s direction and strategic excellence as well as be the key person of the company to manage and oversee operations to help the company to achieve our business objectives.
Job Scope:
- Manage and oversee the company’s strategic plans to ensure that the company meets goals and profits
- Oversee the company’s business operations, financial performance, and ventures
- Maintaining positive relations with clients, business associates, and board of directors
- Develop and implanting business plans to promote business growth and facilitate operations
- Ensuring that company policies are clearly communicated and followed
- Assess, manage, and resolve problematic developments and situations
- Manage food and drug distribution networks across the ASEAN region out of Singapore.
- Managing logistics and supply chain networks
- Deriving sales and marketing plans across the country to extend our company’s outreach in the region.
Job requirements:
- Permanent full-time position
- Minimum 10years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with proven track record of successful projects in leadership roles
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields
- Experienced in developing and implanting strategic business plans
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Experienced in managing companies in a regional role
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory standards
- Experienced in sales and marketing in the pharmaceutical industry
- Possesses a good understanding on logistics and supply chain operations and networks
