Job Description
- Perform a full spectrum of administrative support.
- Attend to customer enquiries and conduct regular follow-ups.
- Manage documents for quotations, proposals and tender system.
- Provide sales support such as following up with quotation and project issues.
- Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Receiving and processing purchase orders.
- Expediting orders through internal liaison.
- Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
- Identifying new products to add to those on offer.
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
Job Requirements:
- Working day: Monday to Friday
- Working Hour: 9:00am till 6:00pm
- Minimum Qualification Level: O Level, Other Advanced Diploma / Post-Diploma qualifications or equivalent
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills are essential.
- Responsible, quick learner, detail-oriented, self-motivated and an energetic team player.
- Good command of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Team player and can work independently
- Must be able to effectively handle stressful situations
