This position is responsible for the management of the High Commissioners office and provides high-level administrative, and executive assistant support to High Commissioner. The key responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
- Provide high level executive support including coordinating meetings, making appointments, managing schedules, and organising travel arrangements and acquittals.
- Manage all correspondence and documentation into the High Commissioners office and maintaining filing systems.

Qualifications / Experience
- High-level written and oral English communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in client liaison and administration skills.
