As a Sales Admin Coordinator, you play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring a seamless flow of information within the department. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills, capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist and prepare sales reports and invoices to ensure timely delivery of our products and services.
- Coordinate with the sales department to ensure sales documentation are accurate and up to date.
- Address the inquiries of our clients by providing accurate information.
- Assist in account creation and monitoring of clients’ profile.
- Support the sales team in achieving its desired targets for revenue growth.
- Other administrative requirements needed by the sales team.
