The Role
You will be managing one of our beautiful Lush Store. We are looking for confident individual to lead our team, manage back of house and coordinate your shop floor to increase your business drivers to the maximum potential.
Ensure your shop is well looked after, well merchandises and stocks fresh for our customers.
Communication is key to running a successful shop. Create and maintain the right systems in place to ensure all staff can effectively communicate with each other, both on and off the shop floor.
Lead from the front and demonstrate 5* Customer Experiences yourself, while on the shop floor. Be aware of your shop floor through observing and listening to the consultations taking place.
Provide regular learning, feedback, coaching and reviews for your team to allow them to consistently deliver 5* customer experiences. This includes working with them on their product knowledge, brand awareness, and customer interaction skills.

Strong interest in learning about different areas of the business (e.g. training, stock management, business drivers, etc)
1-2 years of supervisory experience in a retail environment
Experience with managing a team, success with training and developing others.
