Working Hours: 5-Days Work Week
Work Type: 6+6 -Month Contract
Salary: Up to $ 3,500 per month
What you will be working on?
- Assist in HR process mapping and review.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Manage HR records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support HR-related administrative tasks, such as leave management, benefits/ training and development administration, and employee queries.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Assist in renovation and relocation work.
- Assist with any prescribed administrative and facilities tasks, or ad-hoc assignments in support of smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
What are we looking for?
- Singaporean only
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or relevant discipline.
- At least 2 to 3 years of HR-related work experience.
