- Must have experience in Shipping Logistics.
- Experience in working with Manage Warehouse Management System (WMS) to record inventory incoming/outgoing goods.
- Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments of physical cargo against shipping documents - ensure accuracy
- Update daily and timely on all transactions accurately.
- Report immediately to respective operations staff/customers if found any discrepancy.
- Well-versed with shipping documents like AWB/BL/Invoice/packing list and customs permits.
- Timely update to internal departments/customs with order reports.
- Maintain and update the Inventory Management Reports, and generate inventory reports.
- Conduct physical cycle count and stock take - monthly/quarterly/yearly.
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Meticulous, proactive, independent and responsible individual.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned and physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment such as forklift and pallet jacks (relevant certifications may be required).
- Strong attention to details and accuracy in performing tasks.
