Public & Patient Comms
- Assist in developing and executing communication strategies for patient and public engagement
- Support the creation of educational materials, newsletters, and digital content
- Help coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely information
- Support the planning and coordination of community outreach programs, events, and cancer awareness campaigns
- Identify trending topics to keep communication relevant and engaging, and support the PR & Media team with strategic initiatives
- Work closely with clinical operations to align communications with clinical goals
Corporate Services Management
- Support and lead Corporate Services Team to implement marketing and communications plan required to raise rofile
- Conducting market research and analysis to inform our strategies
- Plan campaigns consisting of email, webinars, videos, social media, marketing collaterals
- Collaborate across teams to implement integrated campaigns and events from planning to implementation, managing deliverables while gaining insight and analysing performance metrics
- Build processes for efficiently handling requests across teams and ensure requests fit into overall strategy
- Attend to paperwork and administrative briefs to ensure compliance
- Plan, support and drive the execution of initiatives and other assigned projects
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to create and manage content across multiple channels
- Event planning and coordination experience
- Organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
- IT Savvy, in-tune with digital economy and familiar with managing digital platforms
- Excellent communication, copywriting and editing skills with strong critical thinking skills
