Call Centre Officer (Call Centre)
Location: Changi OR Jurong East
Contract: 12 Months
Working Days: 4 Weekday + 1 WEEKEND (5 days work week)
Working Shift:
AM shift - 8AM to 8PM (8 hours working hours), example 8AM to 5PM or 9AM to 6PM
PM shift - 1PM to 12AM Midnight (8 hours working hours), example 1PM to 10PM or 2PM to 11PM
Job Description:
- Deliver personalized service over the telephone to customers regarding banking products, accounts, and service inquiries effectively and efficiently.
- Ability to understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities during customer interactions.
- Consistently deliver high-quality service to achieve total customer satisfaction.
- Solicit customer feedback and identify trends in problems for improvement actions.
Requirements:
- Minimum Higher Nitec qualification.
- Call center experience is advantageous.
- Great interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
