Responsibilities:
· Compiling reports, letters and drawings for submission
· Ensure client’s requirements on submitted documents are fulfilled in a timely manner
· Coordinate with engineering, client to ensure schedules are followed
· Perform quality control and maintenance of the documents as per company procedure
· Upload, monitor, track and back-up all documents
· Perform administrative duties
Requirements:
· GCE ‘O’ Level
· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
· Proficient in MS Excel
· Familiar with ISO 9001 is preferable
· Good communication skills
