Job Description
This role is primarily responsible for procurement related activities including sourcing, planning and coordinating perishable and non-perishable purchases, monitoring performance and service level of vendors and suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage purchasing cycle including quotations, pricings, prepare purchase order and update related documents into internal system
- Work closely with Operations and ensuring overall quality and quantity of stock management, cost and margin enhancement, stock rotation and turnover, regulations and compliances
- Strong Negotiation skills and contract management delivery
- Handling import and export shipping documentation
- co-ordinate food tasting sessions and participate in R&D workshops
- Reconciliation of book records against inventory records. Thereafter, preparation and compilation of the following reports: Purchasing, Sales, and Month End Inventory
- Monitor and expedite outstanding purchase order and co-ordinate payment activities
- Manage warehouse activities, including replenish stock, stock take and inventory records
- Compile and update Product Specifications, ISO, Halal, HACCP and others certificates for all food & non-food items
- Promptly respond to any issues or inquiries from outlet/suppliers after office hours and on non-working days
- Any other tasks/projects assigned by Purchasing Manager

- 'This role will be required to liaise with supplier in Norway during 9:30pm-11.30pm SGT(estimated time duration), complete monthly closing reports every 1st-5th of the month, response to outlet queries after working hours'
